The T.O.T.A.L. Skills Program unfolds over a series of interactive 5 modules broken into 15 units that build essential leadership skills for school, career, and life.

Participants will learn to: 

• Communicate with Confidence; Develop the skills to speak and present ideas clearly and assertively.

• Lead with Integrity: Build a strong foundation of ethical decision-making and responsibility.

• Collaborate Effectively: Work with peers on team-based projects and learning the value of teamwork.

• Engage in Real-World Applications: Put theory into practice through community-centered projects and presentations.
