PROGRAM OVERVIEW 

The T.O.T.A.L. Skills Program unfolds over a series of interactive 5 modules broken into 15 units that build essential leadership skills for school, career, and life.

Participants will learn to: 

• Communicate with Confidence; Develop the skills to speak and present ideas clearly and assertively.

• Lead with Integrity: Build a strong foundation of ethical decision-making and responsibility.

• Collaborate Effectively: Work with peers on team-based projects and learning the value of teamwork.

• Engage in Real-World Applications: Put theory into practice through community-centered projects and presentations.

Our expert coaches/mentors guide teens throughout the program, offering support, feedback, and positive role modeling for every participant.

The T.O.T.A.L. Program reaches its peak in the T.O.T.A.L. Conference, an inspiring capstone event designed to bring together everything students have learned and accomplished.

This conference is more than a celebration, it’s an opportunity for teens to showcase their growth, present their leadership projects, and connect with inspiring leaders and peers.
